Sutton Coldfield’s Premier Running Injury Clinic

We understand the frustration that pain and injury can cause during running activity. Even the most minor of running injuries can prevent you from maximising your running programme. Did you know? Up to 80% of runners will pick up an injury during a 12 month period and the likelihood will increase if you are new to running.

Whether you are a recreational or elite runner, the chances are that you will experience a running injury at some point. Running injuries are common, but the majority are treatable with physiotherapy. Physiotherapy treatment exercises for runners can also contribute to future injury prevention, enabling you to reach your running potential and achieve your running goals.

Take your running to the next level with our running injury specialists

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced, competitive athlete, don’t let niggling running injuries hold you back. We can help you achieve your training goals & prepare for that upcoming running event, as well as preventing injury re-occurrence.
